Loretta Schneiders brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting, shared services and finance leadership, from mid-sized companies to multinational groups. Depending on the mandate, she leads as a team lead, drives change as a process specialist, or takes on both at once.

Her focus is the operational leadership of accounting and finance functions, building transparent processes and ensuring reliable decision-making foundations, hands-on, structured and solution-oriented, especially where complexity, time pressure or staffing gaps exist.
